Build power, strength, flexibility, balance and mobility with the method of leveraging body weight. Every exercise is powered by the abdominal. Form technique will be monitored and modifications given to enable each participant to be safely challenged. This class is for all skill levels and is used to rehabilitate weak muscles and challenge strong muscles through leveraging, gravity and speed. As control is achieved, cardio challenges will be structured in the class activity.
